We combine our skills in developing future-ready technical solutions with our expertise in creating beautiful designs to deliver exceptional and engaging digital experiences that build lasting relationships with our clients like Bol.com, Lufthansa, Inter Milan, Tikkie and Thuisbezorgd.JOB PURPOSEAs a Senior UI Designer with a focus on mobile apps, you craft intuitive, fast and elegant interfaces that feel truly native - across iOS, Android and hybrid environments. You translate UX, product strategy and platform conventions into high-quality visual designs that balance clarity, delight and performance.In this role, you'll work at the core of one of our key client teams, embedded in a cross-functional setup with UX, development and product stakeholders. You know how to apply and evolve design systems in mobile contexts, create smooth microinteractions, and push for pixel-perfect implementation. You work hands-on with UX, developers and product owners to bring ideas to life, from first sketches to final screens.You combine structure with creativity, detail with boldness, and consistency with craft. And you enjoy doing it all in a dynamic environment with the most talented (and fun) people the industry has to offer.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Bring fresh ideas, mobile best practices and cross-industry inspiration to the team
  • Translate strategy, UX and product goals into intuitive, beautiful app interfaces for iOS and Android
  • Collaborate closely with UX, developers and product stakeholders in a cross-functional team, from first sketch to final screen
  • Apply and evolve design systems for native mobile use cases - with platform-specific precision
  • Add depth to your designs through thoughtful microinteractions and smooth motion
  • Present your work clearly, take feedback with ease, and keep pushing for better
  • Own the final delivery - making sure your designs are not only good-looking, but also work beautifully on every device
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • 5+ years of experience in UI or product design, with a strong portfolio (website or PDF) demonstrating your mobile experience and passion;
  • Deep understanding of iOS and Android design patterns, platform guidelines and interaction models;
  • Experience applying and evolving design systems in native mobile contexts;
  • Proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping) and working with motion tools like Jitter;
  • Confidence in presenting your work, aligning stakeholders and collaborating in cross-functional teams;
  • Assertiveness; you're and independent thinker that is able to go beyond backlogs items and client briefs by challenging the status quo and provide new ideas and perspectives.
  • A sharp eye for detail and a passion for mobile design that looks and feels right;
  • Working proficiency in English
