In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy construction equipment at their customer sites, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. You are expected to provide customer satisfaction through technical excellence.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:

Support ongoing operations, including carrying out equipment installation, inspections, and modifications;
Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs;
Maintain detailed service records and documentation;
Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and equipment performance;
Provide trainings to clients' operators and technicians;
Give customer support, guidance and technical expertise.

Requirements:

Degree or certification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field;
Proven experience in servicing onshore and offshore heavy construction equipment;
Strong mechanical and hydraulic troubleshooting skills;
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics;
Willingness to travel and work in various field conditions;
An EU-Passport is needed due to the smooth application of work permit.
