As a Full-Stack Developer, you’ll shape the AI platform from the ground up—crafting intuitive frontends, building reliable Python backends, and managing secure authentication flows. Collaborate with LLM engineers, data scientists, and DevOps to deliver high-performance solutions for next-gen AI assistants.What You’ll Do
- Build and optimize frontend interfaces for AI tools
- Develop robust backend systems in Python
- Implement secure authentication (WSO2) and manage web requests
- Extend and maintain a modern design system (Tailwind, Bootstrap)
- Optimize system performance and latency
- Collaborate on AWS infrastructure and DevOps tasks
- Apply best practices across the codebase, ensuring scalable, clean solutions
- Stay ahead of the curve with GenAI and multi-agent setups like MCP
- 5+ years in full-stack development
- Strong frontend experience (React preferred)
- Solid backend skills in Python
- Experience with UI kits and design systems (Tailwind, Bootstrap)
- Familiarity with vector databases and latency optimization
- Knowledge of authentication flows (WSO2 ideal)
- AWS/cloud and DevOps experience
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Quick learner of new frameworks and technologies
- Comfortable switching between frontend, backend, and infrastructure
- Strong communicator across tech and non-tech teams
- Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Attractive salary: €4,354 – €6,218 gross/month
