And that's where you come in.Your Mission: Enable & lead the evolution of Mollie's payments platform by driving reliable, scalable improvements, empowering our customers to process payments seamlessly.What You'll Do:Process Strategy & Development: You will lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of all business processes related to the payments platform, documenting and monitoring changes, and ensuring processes are scalable, efficient, and adhere to regulatory standards and industry best practices.Master the Feedback Loop: You will build and command a continuous feedback loop between our Payments product teams and other product teams across Mollie. You will translate your learnings into product needs for the Payments Platform engineering team, with the goal of evolving the current payments platform.Change Management: You will own the change management for the rollout of changes in the payments platform team, ensuring that the relevant documentation is created and delivered to the right stakeholders within Mollie.Eliminate Blockers, Deliver Results: Ambiguity and obstacles are your fuel. You will proactively identify challenges, rally the right people to solve them, and escalate decisively to keep the momentum high.Deliver with excellence: you will be the go to person in the team when it comes to owning delivery and implementation of changes and improvementsWhat you have:5+ years hands-on experience: You've spent time in a high-growth tech environment (SaaS, FinTech, Payments) in a program management or product-focused role. You know what tech excellence looks like.A Track Record of managing complexity: proven ability to drive complex cross-functional initiatives to completion, managing multiple stakeholders.Radical Ownership & Execution Bias: You have an unstoppable urge to get things done and a deep-seated belief that you are responsible for the outcome.
