Radisson Hotel Amsterdam Schiphol Airport is preparing for its grand opening, and we’re looking for a passionate and professional Meeting & Events Supervisor to oversee our conference and event operations and deliver exceptional experiences from day one. With 6 fully equipped meeting and event rooms hosting events of up to 150 guests, this is your chance to showcase your hospitality expertise and inspire a dedicated team in a dynamic environment.What you’ll do
As Meeting & Events Supervisor, you will give operational leadership to a team of approximately 15 fte’s, focusing on short- and medium-term operational goals. You will:Ensure smooth and professional daily operations of meetings and events, including guest service, room setup, coordination, and event execution.Solve operational and personnel issues within given frameworks, escalating non-regular issues to senior management.Provide underpinned advice and input for process optimizations, including work methods, scheduling, and event planning.Implement approved improvement proposals and contribute to the development and realization of departmental year plans.Monitor quality standards, staff development, and training to ensure continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, safety standards, and hygiene requirements.What we’re looking forMBO 4 work- and thinking level, with relevant hospitality experienceProven experience in a leadership role within meeting, events, or hospitality operationsStrong insight into operational processes, workforce management, and optimization opportunitiesKnowledge of company rules, frameworks, and legal (safety & hygiene) requirementsExcellent communication, advisory skills, and a guest-focused mindsetAbility to inspire, guide, and develop a team to deliver high-quality eventsWhy join us?Be part of a pre-opening team and shape the meetings and events experience from day oneLead and develop a motivated team in a supportive and ambitious environmentOpportunities for growth within Radisson Hotel Group locally and internationallyCompetitive salary of €2,580.95 – €3,209.09 (based on experience)On-the-job training, development programs, and career progression opportunitiesEnjoy exclusive employee rates at Radisson hotels worldwideFreshly prepared staff meals on propertyOpening soon in Hoofddorp, our meeting and event facilities will cater to both international business travellers and local clients.
