- Be a trusted advisor to managers and employees, guiding them through policies, performance, and engagement.
- Coach and mentor leaders to own their people responsibilities with confidence and clarity.
- Bring the People Strategy to life in your area-driving change, enabling new organizational designs, and building future-ready teams.
- Partner with experts to develop skills and capabilities, and operationalize workforce planning.
- Use data and dashboards to spot trends and drive informed decisions.
- Build strong succession pipelines and develop leadership talent.
- Ensure our people processes are executed with excellence and tailored communication.
- Respond swiftly to employee and manager needs-whether it's a question, concern, or opportunity.
- Support leaders in all aspects of their people responsibilities-from performance reviews to development planning.
- Possibility to lead a small team- you should be an aspiring HR Leader with a natural affinity to managing people

- Deep knowledge of Dutch labor law and HR best practices
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business strategy
- Proven consulting skills-able to broker solutions and influence outcomes
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for coaching and developing others
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
- A future-focused approach-open to innovation and change
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a big plus
- University degree (preferably in HR or related field)
- 6-7 years of progressive HR experience, in an international setting
- Experience living and working abroad (study or internship) is a bonus
