- Help customers achieve their research goals using our superconducting quantum processors, from device tune-up to enabling QEC primitives.
- Deliver technical trainings, create tailored documentation, and provide on-site support to customers and internal success teams.
- Work with our in-house measurement team, contributing to advanced experiments and expanding your expertise in quantum hardware.
- Act as a bridge between customers and product teams, ensuring their input shapes product development and user experience.
- Co-author scientific papers and whitepapers with customers, highlighting product capabilities and showcasing research breakthroughs.
- PhD in superconducting qubits or equivalent industry experience.
- Proven experience tuning multi-qubit superconducting quantum processors; familiarity with tunable couplers is a plus.
- Strong communicator, able to explain complex concepts clearly and build trusted customer relationships.
- Hands-on, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.
- Deep interest in the latest advancements in quantum technologies, particularly superconducting systems.
- Willingness to travel for customer engagements, installations, and conferences.
