- Extensive P2P Expertise: You will possess over 10 years of extensive and hands-on experience in P2P operations. This includes expert-level knowledge of end-to-end processes, a deep understanding of associated risks, and a proven track record in ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Exceptional Stakeholder Management: You will demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, enabling you to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization and build consensus.
- Global Leadership Experience: Strong leadership experience specifically in managing global P2P operations is crucial, showcasing your ability to navigate complex international environments.
