With operations spanning multiple continents, it has deployed hundreds of thousands of charging points worldwide, integrating advanced energy storage and smart grid solutions.As part of its expansion in Europe, the company is seeking a Business Developer / Key Account Manager to drive growth in the French market and strengthen strategic partnerships within the EV ecosystem.Your Mission
In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding EV charging infrastructure across France. Your sector expertise, combined with your ability to build strong relationships with charge point operators, vehicle manufacturers, fleet managers, and energy providers, will be key to driving adoption of cutting-edge charging technologies.
With a strong product portfolio, you will help clients future-proof their charging networks.Key Responsibilities
Business Development
  • Identify and develop new opportunities within the French EV infrastructure market.
  • Establish and grow strategic partnerships with key industry stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase market share and revenue.
Account Management & Client Relations
  • Manage and nurture relationships with major accounts.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored charging solutions.
  • Support projects from planning to commissioning, and provide after-sales follow-up.
Product Promotion & Market Awareness
  • Promote advanced charging and energy storage solutions to clients and partners.
  • Highlight innovative technologies, including AC, DC, Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) and battery intergrated capabilities.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and conferences.
Internal Coordination & Market Insight
  • Collaborate with wider teams to align on objectives.
  • Provide market intelligence to guide product and service development.
  • Report regularly on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity.
Negotiation & Contract Management
  • Prepare commercial proposals, tenders, and pricing strategies.
  • Lead contract negotiations and secure long-term agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Profile Requirements
  • 3 years' experience in business development, sales, or account management within EV charging, renewable energy, or mobility sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of the French EV infrastructure market and its key players.
  • Experience working with charge point operators, fleet managers, or energy providers.
  • Technical understanding of EV charging technology, energy storage, or smart grid solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in French and English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.#
  • Willingness to travel within France and occasionally across Europe.
