As a German Inside Sales Representative , you are the central point of contact to ensure that our order process, inventory management, logistics and invoicing run smoothly. You have daily contact with our customers, distributors, logistics partners and colleagues at home and abroad.Your tasks include (don't worry if you don't know everything yet - we're happy to teach you):
  • Processing customer orders via e-mail and EDI
  • Communicating delivery times and product information to customers
  • Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with warehouses in the Netherlands and Germany
  • Organizing and planning transports
  • Preparing invoices and supporting accounts receivable management
  • Answering customer questions and handling complaints - both B2B and B2C
  • Supporting our sales teams in Germany, France and the Netherlands with various commercial tasks
  • Managing the sales and information mailboxes
  • Help manage and improve our consumer webshop

  • Excellent command of German and English - both spoken and written, Dutch is a plus!
  • Strong motivation to grow and learn new things on the job
  • A structured and accurate way of working, combined with flexibility and a solution-oriented approach
  • The ability to handle deadlines well and remain calm under pressure
  • Some experience in office support or sales is a plus - but not a requirement
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and IT systems (such as ERP and email) is useful - but we are happy to teach you what you need
