We are looking for a Local IT Support Specialist who will be responsible for providing IT support at our office in Amstelveen. What are you going to do?
  • Provide on-site and remote IT support to employees.
  • Install, maintain, and manage IT equipment (PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices).
  • Troubleshoot network and software issues (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi, Windows, Office 365).
  • Maintain local IT infrastructure and documentation.
  • Support IT projects, office moves, and system updates.

  • Salary: €16.70 per hour
  • 25 vacation days (based on a 40-hour work week for a full year)

What do we ask?
  • A bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in an IT support role, preferably in an international environment.
  • Knowledge of Windows, Office 365, networking, and Active Directory.
  • Good command of English; Dutch is a plus.
  • Customer-oriented, independent, detail-focused, and communicative.
