
EMEA Compensation & Benefits Analyst

- Conduct job evaluations, model salary increases, participate in salary surveys, and analyze internal and external data to inform compensation decisions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the EMEA region (40 countries), providing advanced advice and solutions for complex compensation and benefits cases across regions.
- Partner with HR Business Partners to align departmental and functional reward and benefits programs with business needs.
- Lead and support implementation, communication, and delivery of cyclical compensation and benefits processes, such as annual reviews and bonus evaluations.
- Provide insights, data, and analysis to advise HR and other key stakeholders, influencing managerial decisions about compensation and benefits.
- Continuously improve reporting and reward processes, monitor local market practices and rewards legislative updates, continuously improve reporting and reward processes and propose adjustments to programs to ensure competitiveness and local relevance.
- Manage and maintain benefits programs, benefit inventory, budget oversight, and collaborate with brokers, benefit providers, and internal HR teams to ensure effective operations and communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s or C&B certification preferred.
- 4–6 years’ direct experience administering compensation and benefits programs for multinational companies across EMEA.
- Strong knowledge of EMEA-specific labor laws, statutory compensation/benefits requirements, and mandatory social benefits.
- Proven ability to lead annual compensation reviews, benefits renewals, market benchmarking, and benefits vendor RFPs.
- Track record of project managing complex, multi-country compensation and benefits implementations or reviews under strict deadlines.
- Advanced data analysis skills, including statistical modeling, using Workday HRIS and Google suite tools.
- Demonstrated capability to manage ambiguity, adapt solutions to business needs, and translate complex C&B data into actionable insights.
