
Senior HR Business Partner Manager

- Strategic Partnering:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive HRBP or generalist experience, preferably in a multinational or matrixed environment.
- Proven experience partnering with senior leadership and influencing strategic business decisions.
- Strong knowledge of Dutch and Belgian labour law, employment practices, and HR compliance.
- Fluent in English. Dutch & French is a plus.
- Experience supporting Go-To-Market commercial sales teams is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders across geographies.
- Skilled in conflict resolution, coaching, and change management.
- Proficient with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday) and HR analytics tools.
