- Manage a team of master data professionals (7 direct reports), including Tier Management, leveling of workload, managing the departmental project portfolio, meeting performance targets, and ensuring a good back-up structure.
- Ensure consistent master data processes globally, working together with the master data teams at the sites and within the regions.
- Ensure efficient and effective master data processes, resulting in compliant and uninterrupted product launches and continuous product supply.
- Develop and execute the master data strategy, including centralization and globalization of SAP master data maintenance.
- Increase SAP master data accuracy globally at manufacturing sites and Commercial Operations.
- Ensure good master data governance globally.
- Be an integral part of the IRIS Governance team and the Enterprise Master Data Team
- Represent the team in case of compliance investigations.
- Represent the team in projects that have a material master data impact.
- Develop strategy on master data governance with production sites.
- Liase with sites on master data inefficiencies and improvements through communities of practice.
- Maintain good knowledge on the master data fields and their intended use.
- Support the team to execute master data operations effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, (Technical) Business Administration).
- Strong and relevant experience in an international, multi-site production organization, with expertise in (material) master data management, master data projects, and preferably supply chain processes.
- Proven track record in managing and developing a team of (Supply Chain and/or Master Data) specialists.
- Experience with SAP (ECC, MDG) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Proven project management and change management skills.
- Excellent command of the English and Dutch language.
- Able to travel to Boxmeer at least one day per week.
