A global biotechnology leader is looking for an Import/Export Supply Chain Associate to join their international logistics and distribution team. In this role, you'll help ensure timely and compliant global distribution of pharmaceutical products to affiliates, manufacturing sites, and distributors. You'll be part of a dynamic, cross-functional environment where precision and collaboration matter.Role Overview
As a Supply Chain Associate, you'll coordinate international shipments, manage order processing, handle import/export documentation, and maintain close communication with customers and logistics partners. This is a hands-on operational role within a GMP/GDP-regulated environment, ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused.Key Responsibilities
-Process global supply orders and ensure timely, compliant shipments
-Prepare and handle import/export documentation
-Book and monitor shipments; proactively respond to delays or transport issues
-Coordinate returns and resolve service issues with internal and external partners
-Collaborate with third-party logistics providers and internal stakeholders
-Participate in cross-functional projects and suggest process improvements
-Contribute to KPI tracking and reporting
-Ensure up-to-date knowledge of GDP/GMP standards and related proceduresRequirements
-Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant supply chain experience
-Experience in a GMP and/or GDP-regulated industry
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills
-Fluent in English (spoken and written)
-Proactive communicator with strong customer service skills
-Comfortable working with ERP systems and in a fast-paced, international teamApply Now
