- Write, produce and disseminate EN, member and partner success stories to all EN (social) media platforms
- Develop ideas to engage EN (social) media followers
- Drafting text and multimedia content for external communications (websites, social media, newsletters)
- Implementing the (social) media strategy, including monitoring and impact analysis
- Support the coordination with speakers, participants, and partners.
- Manage event registrations, communications, and delegate information.
- Work with suppliers (venues, catering, AV, print) to make sure everything runs smoothly.
- Prepare event materials (programmes, name badges, signage).
- Contribute to reporting to our funders—gathering stories, data, and visuals that show our impact.
- Support other organisational projects when needed—as in a small team, everyone pitches in.
- Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a bachelor's or master's programme (as required under Dutch internship rules).
- Experience working collaboratively in organisations, and/or, campus/faculty initiatives, or volunteer projects.
- Creative, innovative, and proactive in contributing ideas.
- Punctual, reliable, and accurate in delivering tasks.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken); knowledge of other European languages is an asset.
- Strong analytical skills, with a basic understanding of the European Union (socio-economic context, culture, innovation & technology). Knowledge of social entrepreneurship and social innovation is considered an asset.
- Skills in video/photo editing, event management, and coordination are a plus.

- We provide a modest monthly reimbursement of 350 euro.
- If you are eligible for an Erasmus+ traineeship grant through your university, we are happy to sign the required Learning Agreement; the Erasmus+ grant can be combined with our reimbursement.

- Location: The Hague, Netherlands (hybrid working possible - we work Mon and Thu at the office).
