Through our products, partners and people, we make it easier for everyone to experience the world.Role Description:As a Compensation Analyst you will support the Global Compensation team conduct analyses and studies to support the business functions in developing and administering effective compensation programs in accordance with the organization's reward strategy.Key Job Responsibilities and Duties:Conduct job evaluations, model salary increases, participate in salary surveys, collect internal and external data;Conduct other analyses to provide input into managerial decisions about the organization's compensation programs;Support implementation and communication of the annual compensation evaluation process;Proactively deliver intelligence based on data to support and advise the (HR) business partners whenever there is an opportunity;Contribute to robust, scalable and insightful reporting on key metrics;Continuously seek ways to improve existing reporting and compensation processes to fit with evolving requests from the business;Work with HR advisors, Finance, HRIS and other business teams to accurately report results including explanatory comments and follow-up on outstanding items;Qualifications & Skills:Solid experience with employee Compensation/Rewards (1-3 years). 3-5 years of experience in People/HR.Solution oriented and result drivenProactive, flexible and capable of working independently as well as working in a teamExcellent analytical skillsAbility to multi-task & flexible attitudeAdvanced knowledge of Google Suite/Microsoft officeSystems: HRIS systems (Workday etc.)Benefits & Perks - Global Impact, Personal Relevance:Booking.com’s Total Rewards Philosophy is not only about compensation but also about benefits.
