Job Description & SummaryGet to know the Knowledge Centre!At the Knowledge Centre (KC), we bridge the gap between various tax disciplines as well as between taxation and technology. We collect, translate, and interpret all new developments for practical applications. We develop technology and leverage AI to make knowledge efficiently accessible. This ensures that our colleagues in the advisory practice have all the knowledge and tools they need to effectively advise our clients.What will you be doing?Working at the KC means working within the here and now. It is never boring at the KC. Tax regulations are constantly changing, and it is the Knowledge Centre's responsibility to inform colleagues and clients about these changes as quickly as possible. Technology is also developing rapidly, and the KC continuously adapts to the new possibilities that arise.You possess tax knowledge and want to work on developing technology, including AI applications, to use it efficiently and purposefully. You closely follow tax developments and can translate tax issues into technology.Examples of your tasks:Keeping up with technical developments and writing or presenting about them;Collaborating on technical questions from practice;Developing our technological knowledge platform and improving our AI Tax Research Assistant to guide the profession of tax advisor into the future.In this role, you will work closely within a team (approximately 13 people). The KC is based in our Rotterdam office, but you may occasionally be needed at our offices in Amsterdam, Eindhoven, or Utrecht.Does this describe you?You are a tax specialist with strong analytical skills, and working with technology is second nature to you. You are driven to achieve technological innovation and eager to gain knowledge in new tax areas. Additionally, you meet the following requirements:You hold a master's degree in tax law or tax economics and have 1-4 years of relevant work experience;You have an above-average interest in technology and Artificial Intelligence;You have a good command of both Dutch and English, both spoken and written;You are willing to work at least 32 hours per week and are flexible in your service delivery.What are we offering?
