- Lead and deliver acoustic input across projects involving building acoustics, room acoustics, ambient noise control, and vibration analysis.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, urban planners, engineers, and sustainability consultants.
- Integrate acoustic design into broader strategies for energy efficiency, comfort, and wellbeing in buildings and urban areas.
- Perform advanced acoustic simulations and assessments using industry-standard tools.
- Support additional disciplines such as AV design or building physics, depending on your expertise.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing clear, actionable technical insights.
- Prepare and present technical reports, ensuring alignment with relevant local and international standards.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

- 5-8 years of relevant experience in building and room acoustics or environmental noise and vibration control.
- A technical Master's degree (e.g., Civil Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering).
- Proficiency in acoustic simulation and analysis software.
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch (required) and English.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary, project-focused environment.
- Interest or experience in AV design or building physics.
