Job DescriptionWe're excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Benefits, Wellbeing & Recognition Manager, EPDM to join our EPDM Total Rewards at Kraft Heinz. As a key member of our team, you'll report to the Head of Rewards and play a crucial role in designing and implementing our zone benefits strategy.Job PurposeThis role will be responsible for developing and bringing to life a leading benefits strategy across EPDM (Europe) in addition to managing our UK benefits portfolio. Using your expertise, the role will use market insights to shape a clear zone benefits strategy, with a blank slate to embed well-being and recognition into the strategy and working with markets to implement any changes.
