- Collaborate with the Master Data Manager to assess current master data processes and identify opportunities for digital transformation.
- Assist in implementing tools and technologies to enhance the accuracy, accessibility, and reliability of master data.
- Support the migration and cleanup of legacy data into modern systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with corporate standards.
- Help establish and maintain data governance policies and procedures.
- Use analytics tools to monitor data quality, flag inconsistencies, and suggest corrective actions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that master data aligns with business needs.
- Document workflows for improved master data processes, creating user-friendly guides and instructions.
- Assist in developing training materials and resources to promote best practices in data management among plant teams.
- Support ongoing digital transformation initiatives, such as ERP system upgrades or new tool implementations.
- Provide input on how digital solutions can streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Work closely with IT and finance teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to master data.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track master data performance metrics.
- Analyze trends and provide insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Present findings to plant leadership and recommend improvements.
- Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of data management principles and digital tools (e.g., ERP systems like SAP or Oracle).
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

- The internship is based at our manufacturing plant in Scheemda, with a mix of office work and hands-on collaboration with plant teams.
