You will start your workday by responding to customer inquiries and processing orders. You will liaise with both local and international departments to ensure that orders are completed accurately and on time. Throughout the day, you will work on preparing quotations, project pricing, and follow up on deliveries and invoicing. - Minimum of 2 years of commercial experience as a Customer Service
- Fluent in English and German
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Knowledge of export procedures and documentation is an advantage
- Salary between €2.700 and €2.900, depending on experience
