Customer Success Manager AmsterdamFor a fast growing SaaS player in the hospitality/retail sector, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager who thrives on customer contact, onboarding, and building long-term relationships. You will join a dynamic, international team and work closely with support, product, and operations teams to make customers truly successful.What will you do?
  • Guide customers during onboarding and ensure adoption of our platform
  • Build strong relationships and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather feedback and drive improvements
  • Identify opportunities and translate them into concrete actions for customers
What do you bring?
  • Fluent in German & English
  • At least 1 year of experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, or Account Management
  • Experience in a SaaS or tech-driven environment
  • Bonus: experience in hospitality, retail, or POS/booking systems
