- Guide customers during onboarding and ensure adoption of our platform
- Build strong relationships and maximize customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather feedback and drive improvements
- Identify opportunities and translate them into concrete actions for customers
- Fluent in German & English
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, or Account Management
- Experience in a SaaS or tech-driven environment
- Bonus: experience in hospitality, retail, or POS/booking systems
- Salary: 40.000 + uncapped bonus
- Remote work 3 months per year
