As Work Preparator at IQIP, you are responsible for preparing the manufacturing and assembly process of high-end offshore equipment. You serve as the key link between engineering, production, and project management. Your work ensures that all necessary materials, documentation, and planning are in place for an efficient and high-quality production process.Your responsibilitiesTranslate technical drawings and engineering input into clear work instructions and production planningEnsure timely availability of materials, tools, and documentationCollaborate with engineering, procurement, and production to resolve planning and technical challengesSupport the monitoring of progress, quality, and cost during preparationIdentify and implement process improvements and standardisation in work preparationMaintain accurate documentation in ERP and planning systemsAct as a sparring partner for production, ensuring alignment with project goalsYour profileMBO+/HBO education in a technical or mechanical directionExperience in a work preparation or planning role in a technical production environmentStrong technical insight and the ability to read and interpret technical drawingsFamiliar with ERP systems and production planning toolsHands-on, structured, and solution-oriented approachGood communication skills in Dutch and EnglishAble to perform under pressure and manage changing prioritiesWhat IQIP offersAn opportunity to drive the energy transition with usPush boundaries to shape tomorrow’s worldOutstanding learning opportunitiesMonthly salary depending on your level and expertiseAnnual bonus (profit sharing)8% holiday allowance, paid annually40 paid annual leave days (27 holidays + 13 additional days)Benefits such as travel allowance, laptop, and educational opportunitiesPME pension fund (CLA/CAO Metalektro applies to this job)Main working location is SliedrechtFlexible working hoursWhy IQIP?
