As a Sales Manager at Eye-Able, you’re more than a seller, you’re a consultant who helps organizations become digitally accessible and inclusive. You’ll guide prospects through the decision-making process, advise on our solutions, and close deals with real impact. You’ll work closely with our SDRs and accessibility consultants to ensure a smooth transition from lead to loyal customer.Your responsibilities include:
- Building and managing your own pipeline
- Giving product demos and leading sales calls
- Advising companies in the Netherlands and Belgium on accessibility strategy
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Contributing to our commercial growth strategy
- Representing Eye-Able at events and webinars
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
- Fluent in Dutch and comfortable in English
- A strong communicator and active listener
- Commercial mindset, consultative approach
- You’re not afraid to pick up the phone to schedule your own appointments, in addition to the warm leads provided by our SDR team
- Interest in tech, digital solutions, or social impact
