As an INNSiDE Guest Experience/Front Office Agent, you will work alongside a team of passionate individuals providing excellent Service. You will be fully conversant with check-in and check-out procedures with the responsibility to deliver exceptional guest experience by surprising and delighting our guests, whether that’s with your local INNSiDER knowledge and energy, or by organizing a personalized surprise for a special occasion. You will manage the VIP and stayover guests of the hotel. Furthermore, answering reviews we receive is part of your responsibility, where we expect you to be professional.As the first point of contact for the hotel you will welcome our guests with a smile from the moment they enter our doors. You will ensure excellent customer service for all guests through being effective, efficient, courteous and friendly at all times. You will be responsible for managing the first impressions of our guests. You will be an ambassador for excellent service, dealing efficiently with all requests and queries from guests face to face or over the telephone whilst maintaining the highest levels of service standards, and proactively promoting sales through upsells and excellent knowledge of our products and services.
In this function you will divide your time between two functions.
