Location: Dordrecht, Zuid-Holland | Sector: Chemicals | Start Date: 9/4/2025 | Job ref: 55957As an E&I Work Planner (Electrical & Instrumentation Werkvoorbereider) at Chemours in Dordrecht, your role is pivotal in ensuring that the Maintenance & Reliability teams can execute work on the plant's E&I systems efficiently, safely, and on time. Here's what you can expect:? Core Responsibilities1. Prepare E&I work packages

Translate maintenance requests and breakdown reports into clear, complete work packages.
Define scope, sequence, required materials and equipment, safety measures, and estimated durations (lead times).
Create job orders in SAP and assign them for execution by internal teams or contractors

.2. Coordinate resources & scheduling

Order and secure delivery of necessary E&I parts and components.
Manage scheduling - track progress, identify scheduling conflicts or delays, and reallocate resources as needed .
Communicate regularly with technicians, supervisors, and operations to keep everyone aligned.

3. Ensure safety & compliance

Integrate EH&S, PSM, 5S, and other site safety protocols into planning.
Include required permits, lock-out/tag-out procedures, and compliance steps in each job package

.4. Post-job evaluation & continual improvement

Review completed work in SAP, check for completeness (TECO - Technical Completion).
Gather feedback, update work standards, and optimize future planning based on lessons learned

.? Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical training: Typically MBO+ (secondary vocational) or higher, with a focus on E&I or Industrial Maintenance
ERP experience: Knowledge of SAP is a strong advantage
Safety credentials: VCA-VOL or equivalent certification in occupational safety
Soft skills: Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork. Must be able to interact with technicians, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
