You will start, professionalize and manage the European cash pool management system to optimize liquidity across the entire European cash pool group. You will utilize the FIS Integrity Treasury Management System (TMS) for daily funding, cash forecasting, investments, banking services, and reporting.Key Responsibilities
- Utilize and maintain the TMS to manage multicurrency cash pool liquidity, target cash balances, and daily sweep activity.
- Maintain and update intercompany interest rates quarterly.
- Manage monthly interest calculations and capitalization of cash pool deposits and loans.
- Execute the TMS journal entry process and review entries for accuracy.
- Prepare necessary reports to assist the third party advisor with calculation of cash pool base compensation, surplus profit/loss, and determine distribution.
- On-board/off-board cash pool participant entities and manage banking relationships.
- Collaborate with participants to develop accurate cash forecasts and determine liquidity/working capital needs.
- Participate in strategic finance decisions and recommend borrowings or repayments.
- Oversee credit risk and seek ways to improve earnings per share.
- Prepare materials for board meetings and assist with tax compliance and auditing.
- Manage investment strategies, evaluate new opportunities, and assess risks.
- Recommend, implement, and manage process improvements.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of related European work experience.
- CEFA certification (preferred).
- Strong analytical, communication, and organization skills required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Gross Salary between €70 000 and €90 000 (including 8% holiday allowance)
