You are involved in both facilities budgeting & implementations, Expansion of customers or new customer implementations at existing locations.This is what you bring
- A natural ability to act as a strong counterpart for BU Managers and Site Managers - you're not afraid to challenge, question and guide.
- A strategic mindset: you know how to take a concept from A to B and design year programs that truly make impact.
- Strong analytical skills - you see the story behind the numbers and can translate complex data (e.g. spend per site across BeNe) into actionable insights.
- A proactive, hands-on attitude: you don't just identify gaps, you initiate and lead the programs that close them.
- You have a Facility background and/or at least 5 years of relevant work experience in the Facility / Project area
- Knowledge of soft-services (catering, cleaning, security, etc.) with an emphasis on the hard-services side of facility management (building-related installations such as W- & E-installations, fire safety, etc.) and the relevant legislation and regulations.
- Proven experience in program management, preferably in a multi-site or international environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills: able to build trust while constructively challenging senior leaders.
- Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate analysis into concrete business improvements.
- Fluent in English and Dutch.
- Willingness to occasionally travel within the BeNe region.
