M&A Finance Manager

• Converting strategic transformation initiatives into actionable financial plans with clear P&L impact.
• Leading governance and ensuring accountability across cross-functional teams for timely and complete delivery.
• Managing Capex and restructuring budgets, ensuring strong financial controls.
• Facilitating central governance forums to monitor risks, opportunities, and progress.
• Overseeing financial execution of brand carve-outs, ensuring readiness and smooth transitions.
• Managing monthly carve-out processes including P&L reporting, inventory, TSA charges, and financial handovers.
• Maintaining weekly governance with market finance and implementation teams.
• Collaborating with the M&A team and senior leadership to align on strategic priorities.
• Working closely with senior leaders including the Foods EU CEO/CFO, Performance Director, and Supply Chain Finance teams.
• Coordinating with transformation PMOs, local finance directors, and external consultants.

• Professional finance qualification (CA, CIMA, ACCA); MBA or Master's degree preferred.
• 7-9 years in finance roles such as FP&A, M&A, supply chain finance, or business partnering.
• Strong P&L knowledge and financial control expertise.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects under pressure.
• Excellent analytical skills with both strategic and detail-oriented thinking.
• Effective communicator and collaborator across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Hands-on, proactive approach with a focus on accountability and results.
• Consumer and customer focus, growth mindset, bias for action, accountability and responsibility, passion for high performance.
