  • Assemble and install wiring harnesses, including terminal crimping and connector integration.
  • Perform soldering on small components and PCBs with precision.
  • Work with small mechanical and electrical components, ensuring quality and reliability.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
  • Conduct inspections and quality control to maintain high manufacturing standards.
  • Collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve assembly processes.
RequirementsWhat You’ll Need
  • Proven experience in wiring harness assembly, including terminal crimping.
  • Strong skills in soldering small components and PCBs.
  • Ability to work with small, high-precision components.
  • Familiarity with electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • Proficiency in Dutch or English.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality in high-volume production.
  • Experience in the aerospace, automotive, or similar industries is a plus.
