As a Junior Marketer, you will play an active role in supporting campaigns, analyzing results, and helping optimize performance in both the US and EU. This is an opportunity to learn how large-scale e-commerce marketing works, while making an immediate impact.The RoleWe are looking for Junior Marketeers based in the Netherlands to join our team!Learn and Grow in a Fast-Growing E-commerce EnvironmentManaging and scaling up multiple Shopify stores requires sharply executed marketing and quick learning ability. As a Junior Marketer, you'll gain hands-on experience with CRO, AOV, and paid media initiatives, while learning how to align strategies on a per-store basis while maintaining brand consistency.Early Success Milestones for this Role
  • Assist in increasing conversion rates across key marketing channels
  • Supporting Facebook campaigns through targeting, testing and reporting
  • Help to maximize email marketing revenue through improved execution and engagement
Ideal ProfileWe'd love to hear from you if:
  • You're looking for an exciting junior marketing role — you may have just graduated or have 1–2 years of marketing experience.
  • You have experience with Shopify and e-commerce, either through a previous role, internship, or hands-on projects.
  • You've been part of a marketing team that works with high monthly budgets (or are excited to learn how to do so).
  • You are passionate about digital marketing and would like to gain more experience in media buying, SEO, CRO and email marketing.
  • You have experience or interest in targeting audiences in both the EU and US markets.
  • You are proactive, eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment where testing and innovation are a daily occurrence.
  • Experience in the fashion industry is a plus but not a requirement.

Your team when you join usYou'll join a dynamic marketing team that works on multiple Shopify brands worldwide. You'll also have the opportunity to work directly with our CEO, Thomas Mulder, and gain valuable experience in the e-commerce sector while contributing to impactful projects.Expectations
  • You can dedicate yourself at least 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week.
  • We ask everyone on the team to use Hubstaff
  • We expect you to work at the office at least once a week.
