
Business Development Representative EU

- Consistently develop and nurture a pipeline of new business
- Implement action plans to land & expand existing accounts
- Identify new business opportunities by profiling prospective companies
- Achieve outbound calls, connects, pipeline, and close rate expectations
- Work closely together with our Project Managers, Application Engineers and Operations team to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
- Be attuned to the industry landscape and market trends
- You live for the hunt for finding new customers and drive home their first order
- You love cultivating early relationships with these customers to bring them to the next level
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer facing role in a b2b environment
- Ability to understand and communicate the technical aspects of Shapeways’s manufacturing services
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Able to work in a fast paced, goal orientated environment
- Resilient & strong objection handling skills
- Independent, dependable, resourceful and self-motivated
- Fluent English plus any other European language preferred
- Posses a positive, can-do, team-player mentality
