You’ll be working in a fast-paced, highly secure environment where stability, scalability, and compliance are key. The team operates in a DevOps setup and follows Agile/Scrum methodologies.As a developer, you will take part in the design, development, integration, and maintenance of critical backend applications. These systems handle high volumes of sensitive financial transactions and must operate with zero tolerance for downtime. You will be working closely with solution architects, DevOps engineers, business analysts, and QA professionals.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain Java backend systems with a strong focus on security and performanceBuild scalable microservices using Spring Boot, REST APIs, and enterprise integrationsParticipate in solution design and technical refinement sessionsEnsure code quality with unit/integration tests (TDD/BDD), code reviews, and CI/CDContribute to containerization and cloud migration (Docker/Kubernetes)Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver compliant, future-proof solutionsRequired Skills & ExperienceMinimum 6 years of hands-on experience in enterprise Java developmentMust have previous experience in banking or financial services ITExpertise in Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Maven, Git, DockerExperience with CI/CD tooling such as Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOpsFamiliarity with messaging (Kafka, JMS), databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL)Strong understanding of security standards, secure coding practices, and system integrationExcellent communication skills in EnglishAgile/Scrum team experienceWe OfferA long-term engagement on a visible and impactful programCollaboration with experienced professionals in a high-performance environmentAn excellent salary package and always-on-time paymentsOpportunity to contribute to digital transformation within bankingPlease apply only if you are immediately available.
