Role Description
In this role, you will lead financial strategy and performance for the BNX Beauty & Wellbeing business, partnering with senior stakeholders to drive growth, planning, and decision-making. You'll play a key role in shaping commercial outcomes in a fast-paced, beauty-driven environment.
Responsibilities
-Partner with the BNX Beauty & Wellbeing General Manager and cross-functional business teams at both country and BU levels.
-Provide financial leadership and decision-making support, influencing senior stakeholders to deliver results, manage risks, and unlock growth opportunities.
-Lead the formulation of business plans, budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial goals, including yearly plans and long-range planning processes.
-Develop and implement corrective actions for key performance issues, such as pricing strategies, promotional resets, and BMI trade-offs.
-Support innovation and ensure commercially sound decisions for major business cases.
-Manage the end-to-end business and financial planning cycle.
-Deliver financial insights and support to drive strategic and operational objectives.
-Uphold high standards of integrity, transparency, and compliance in all financial activities.Requirements
-Strong business acumen with a focus on actions that drive tangible impact.
-Experience working in cross-functional teams, ideally within a fast-paced or matrixed organization.
-Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across different levels, including stakeholders who do not report directly to you.
-Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
-Appreciation for Beauty and Wellbeing, embodying a culture that is agile, entrepreneurial, energetic, and fun.
-Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
-Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of Power BI.
-Ability to thrive in a dynamic, results-oriented environment requiring flexibility and resilience.
