- You bring at least 2 years of Front Office leadership experience, ideally in a busy hotel environment in- or around Amsterdam
- You are a strong people manager who knows how to coach, motivate, and empower your team.
- You stay calm under pressure, tackle challenges with confidence, and turn stress into structure.
- You bring a commercial mindset, using your creativity to help achieve revenue goals and improve the guest journey.
- You lead by example, thrive in collaboration, and are always looking for ways to grow.
- You speak English fluently; Dutch is a plus.
- Leading and coaching the Front Office team with energy and empathy.
- Taking charge during shifts, making decisions, and ensuring seamless daily operations.
- Turning guest feedback and operational insights into actions and improvements.
- Driving commercial performance by upselling, optimizing procedures, and delivering wow moments.
- Playing a key role in the training, onboarding, and development of your team.
- We offer you 70% travel allowance if you live further than 10 kilometers from your work, with a maximum of € 10.71 per day.
