Interim Medior Community Engagement Leader: Fostering Inclusive CommunitiesDeadline for response: February 15th, 9am.Responsibilities:
  • Formulating and executing the Social Cohesion & Impact strategy for both internal and external stakeholders, encompassing communication protocols, regular updates, and significant milestone events.
  • Collaborating with various departments to ensure cohesive program management.
  • Identifying and implementing structural enhancements in collaboration with stakeholders for existing and upcoming Social Cohesion & Impact initiatives and partnerships.
  • Offering insights on the progress of the Social agenda.
  • Actively contributing to overall Society & Community Engagement efforts and their integration within the organization.
  • Taking ownership of existing and prospective partnerships and initiatives aimed at fostering vibrant and inclusive communities, particularly within the Brainport Region. This entails strategic planning, identifying suitable partnerships, and executing initiatives effectively.
Requirements:
  • Possession of a Master's degree, coupled with a background in consultancy or business.
  • Appr. 8 years of experience in project and program management, ideally in multinational environments.
  • Preferably a track record in establishing partnerships in sports, sponsorship programs, and sustaining existing partnerships, both on a global scale and within the Dutch context.
  • Proficiency in change management and communication, particularly within transformational projects.
  • Demonstrated experience with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) considerations in complex environments.

  • Exhibit initiative, entrepreneurial spirit, and a self-starter mentality.
  • Strike a balance between 'taking ownership' and 'supporting the organization' to achieve the right objectives.
  • Proficient in both Dutch and English languages.
  • Apply creativity: understand and define the essence and boundaries of the creative process, and knows to selecti, improve, and prepare ideas for execution in alignment with the organizational brand (purpose, vision, mission).
  • Employ critical thinking and analytical skills to navigate complexity and process information, regularly exploring 'What if' scenarios.
  • Focus on delivering tangible business outcomes by drafting a plan and generating ideas to make it work. Understanding the underlying objectives and value-added work. Act accordingly, seeking advice from manager when necessary.
  • Manage stakeholders effectively by being sensitive to their needs and independently setting priorities.
Offer
Interim position, starting asap and is for 12 months (with a possibility to extend)
The role is for about 4-5 days a week
Rate: 75,- p/h
Hybrid, with 3 days at the office
