  • Support the field sales team with account management and inside sales activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with distributors
  • Handle inbound inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up to close deals.
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
Logistics & Operations
  • Coordinate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Monitor shipments, handle documentation, and resolve delivery issues proactively.
  • Provide customers with accurate delivery timelines, tracking, and after-sales support.
  • Optimize logistics processes for cost-effectiveness and service excellence.
Collaboration & Reporting
  • Work closely with internal departments (sales, logistics, finance, operations).
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management, ideally in industries with strong logistics/supply chain requirements.
  • Solid knowledge of logistics operations, shipping, and supply chain processes.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems (SAP or similar).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities.
  • Fluency in Chinese is a plus.
