  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of project milestones to ensure successful delivery.
  • Subcontractor Management: Coordinate the end-to-end process of subcontractor activities, including task management, issue resolution, progress tracking, SLA control, and planning.
  • Communication: Maintain and follow up on action items with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all project deliverables meet established quality standards and fulfill stakeholder expectations.
  • Progress Tracking: Monitor project performance against the plan, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide status updates, and ensure their needs and expectations are met.
  • Process Improvement: Develop scalable and repeatable processes to enhance project quality and overall delivery efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Dutch and English; Chinese is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably with a background in business, management, science, or engineering.
  • Expertise in developing project plans, timelines, and schedules.
  • Skilled in identifying, managing, and effectively communicating with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to inspire, guide, and manage teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear and effective interaction with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Competence in analyzing challenges, identifying solutions, and making decisions under pressure.
  • Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ideally possesses work or internship experience in project management or project delivery.
  • Overall, we're looking for someone with future potential leadership qualities, a team player, good communication qualities and a victory mindset. You will get Systemic Project Management Training before you will be located into a specific role under a current project.
  • Eligibility: Must be eligible to live and work in the Netherlands.
