While there may not be an active opening at the moment, we would love to receive your CV in anticipation of future opportunities.As a Category Team Lead in our Procurement organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing global sourcing strategies across key categories. You'll lead cross-functional initiatives, manage supplier relationships, and deliver best total E2E cost, terms, and innovation access for our business.What you´ll do
  • Define and implement sourcing strategies for global categories
  • Collaborate with global/regional business units, KAMs, and procurement committees
  • Drive sustainability, risk mitigation, and innovation through supplier partnerships
  • Lead key cost optimization and supplier development initiatives
  • Ensure full documentation, compliance, and traceability across procurement activities
  • Provide category insights and shape long-term demand planning
  • Lead a category team with direct people responsibility
  • Drive digitalization and data focus in your category team to capture benefits and a new way of working (digital change agent).
What makes you a good fit
  • Master's degree and 10+ years of experience in procurement or related digital/commercial roles
  • Proven people and project management skills, stakeholder engagement at senior level
  • Strong business acumen, strategic negotiation, and supply chain understanding
  • Digital savviness and change management mindset
  • Proven strength in developing and leading teams
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
