As a Senior Electrical Maintenance Engineer you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing our electrical systems. With your technical expertise, you'll support both preventive and corrective maintenance processes, ensuring smooth operations and the highest production standards in our pharmaceutical environment.Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and improve maintenance plans based on in-house analysis and technician feedback.
- Perform risk assessments and apply corrective measures to support preventive and corrective maintenance efforts.
- Coordinate and manage corrective maintenance activities, ensuring quality control and appropriate prioritization.
- Oversee external contractors, ensuring all maintenance complies with procedures and regulatory standards.
- Lead and support strategic maintenance projects aimed at improving system performance and reliability.Requirements
- MBO level education with specialization in Electrical Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Dutch electrical laws, regulations, and standards (NEN 3140, NEN 1010)
- Proven electrical engineering experience in an industrial or pharmaceutical environment.
- Skilled in project management with certifications in Lean Six Sigma, RCM, or TPM.
- Strong risk management capabilities and a clear focus on system availability.
- Excellent communicator, team player, and proactive problem-solver.
- Safety and quality-oriented mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
- Valid category B driving license.Other Information
