, * MBOFunction contentFor our client a international logistics company in Venlo, we are looking for aWarehouse Team LeaderIn the position of Warehouse Team Leader you will report directly to the Warehouse Supervisor and you will manage about 10 to 15 Warehouse Operators. You know how to bring out the best in your team members and ensure continuous improvement of the logistics processes, in order to provide the customers with the best possible service.You are also responsible for:
  • Providing input for projects to improve the logistics processes and procedures;
  • Coaching, training and managing your team members;
  • Observing and monitoring the legal, company and safety regulations;
  • Naturally, you will manage the operational activities and ensure that everything goes smoothly.

  • You have about 3 years of experience in a managerial role within a logistics environment or production organisation:

  • Willing to work in a 2-shift schedule (06.00-15.00 / 15.00-24.00) and fulltime avaiblile;
