  • Welcome each guest with genuine warmth, ensuring they feel at home from the moment they step through our doors.
  • Take precise food and drink room service orders, delivering each dish and drink with impeccable timing and care.
  • Use your deep menu knowledge to offer personalized recommendations that elevate the dining experience.
  • Keep our dining areas pristine and perfectly set, ready to delight our guests.
  • Work closely with our kitchen and bar teams to deliver smooth, seamless service that exceeds expectations.
  • Handle payments with accuracy and efficiency, making the transaction process as smooth as possible.
  • Address guest requests and resolve any issues with grace, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.
  • Foster an engaging, lively atmosphere that captures the essence of Pulitzer Amsterdam.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus, but a passion for service is essential.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to connect with a diverse array of guests.
  • A love for hospitality and a commitment to delivering extraordinary guest experiences.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Fluency in English is required; Dutch language skills are a welcome addition.
