Operator What are you going to do?We are seeking motivated and skilled Operators to join our team. As a Operator, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe management of products within our production and logistics processes. Your role will ensure the smooth flow of goods across various departments and the safe handling of products.
  • Safely and efficiently move products within the warehouse or production facility using a forklift or reachtruck.
  • Ensure the proper storage and placement of goods in designated areas, ensuring efficient space utilization.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trailers, ensuring products are handled carefully and securely.
  • Maintain high safety standards and contribute to a well-organized work environmen
  • Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle product administration, ensuring that forms, procedures, and OPLs are up to date.
  • Inspect incoming goods and perform preventive maintenance on machinery.
  • Operate the coffee roasting system and understand the roasting parameters.
  • Manage the operation of packaging machines, case packers, and pallet wrappers.
  • Ensure packaging and labeling meet quality standards.
  • Replenish stock of boxes, packing materials, pallets, etc., and assist with loading/unloading trailers as needed.

Where will you work?Our client operates a large coffee roasting facility located in the Amsterdam harbor, which has been active since 2003. This is the only roasting facility outside of the United States, where millions of kilograms of coffee are delivered by sea in large sacks on pallets. Once the beans are cleaned, roasted, and checked for quality, they are packaged and shipped to thousands of locations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. What do we ask?
  • You will work in a 3-shift schedule with fixed working hours: 07.00 - 15:00, 15:00 - 23:00, and 23:00 - 07:00.
  • The shifts are fixed, and you will be regularly scheduled to work in one of these shifts.
