- Lead the transformation and integration of two existing organizations into one strong, cohesive unit with a clear culture, structure, and purpose.
- Build a values-driven culture rooted in collaboration, ownership, and engagement - ensuring team members feel empowered, connected, and proud.
- Identify and implement pragmatic efficiency improvements across operations, processes, and ways of working.
- Drive standardization of product and service offerings and customer contracts to improve scalability and profitability.
- Ensure commercial success by strengthening customer relationships, optimizing the offering, and actively pursuing growth opportunities.
- Own the P&L, budgeting and forecasting processes, securing financial control and sustainable growth.
- Act as a visible and inspiring leader - setting direction while staying close to the day-to-day, ensuring follow-through and accountability.
- Extensive leadership experience in a general management role with full P&L responsibility.
- Proven success leading business transformation and cultural change.
- Experience from service-intensive operations (e.g. technical service, call center or customer support environments).
- Commercially driven with a clear focus on growth, customer value and operational effectiveness.
- Experience from post-merger integration and/or international matrix organizations is highly desirable.
- University degree in a relevant field.
- Fluent in both Dutch and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
- Pragmatic and results-oriented: you quickly identify improvement opportunities and act on them.
- Collaborative and people-focused: you know that culture, belonging and team spirit are key to success.
- Structured and strategic, yet hands-on and unafraid to dive into the details.
