Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
  • Plan and coordinate cleanroom activities for team members and contribute hands-on
  • Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as necessary to address any delays or changes in priorities
  • Coordinate with program management and other experts on priorities and specifications
  • Perform yield and capacity analysis to determine production needs
  • Plan and coordinate the inward and outward transfer of components
  • Work with process technology teams to ensure quality assurance and yield targets are met
  • Collaborate with process technology and equipment technicians to coordinate tool maintenance and ensure tool uptime
  • Ensure compliance with labour, health, safety, and environmental regulations during cleanroom activities
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to support the overall business strategy and objectives
Candidate Profile for Nanofabrication Engineer
  • Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics, specialising in nano/microfabrication
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in nanofabrication of MEMS or quantum devices
  • Experience working in a Nanolab cleanroom
  • Practical experience with (III/V) semiconductor processing combined with superconductors
  • Solid data analysis skills to extract conclusions and guide process decisions
  • Strong skills in electron beam lithography, including process setup, optimisation, and monitoring
  • Ability to develop and integrate unit processes into full device flows with a focus on yield and performance
  • Comfortable working with characterisation teams to connect process results to device outcomes
  • Willing to travel internationally (up to 25%)
