
Facility Project Manager

- Previous experience within logistics/distribution/manufacturing/Industrial/production environment
- Fluency in Dutch and English is essential
- Ability to travel to locations within BeNe
- Facilities legislations and regulations knowledge is required
- Support/or take leadership in other facility projects at locations (e.g. backlog maintenance, major replacements/renovations). Intervene when time is short with the local facilities team/employee(s) in this area.
- Questioning and designated person to make budget 'estimates' for workstream Facilities during tender phases. In doing so, translate customer requirements and solutions from engineering into facility consequences with respect to existing or new facilities.
- You will be working in this role at various sites in the Netherlands, Belgium. You will report directly to the Head of Facility & Security BeNe.
- You have a Facility background and/or at least 5 years of relevant work experience in the Facility / Project area
- Knowledge of soft-services (catering, cleaning, security, etc.) with an emphasis on the hard-services side of facility management (building-related installations such as W- & E-installations, fire safety, etc.) and the relevant legislation and regulations.
- General project skills such as strong communication (internal and external), managing budgets, managing timelines and schedules, etc. Additional technical knowledge (automation) is an advantage.
- In addition, you are a service provider and a team player.
- As Facility Project Manager, you have strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is beneficial but not essential
