- Maintains, supports, and strengthens the relationship with the local fleet teams, corporate customers and lease companies.
- Maintains and further develops the relationship with the White Label partner and other lease companies.
- Proactively identifies and responds to opportunities in the fleet market.
- Implement international agreements and proactively follows up on actions.
- Creates quotation proposals, calculates margins, and applies for budget.
- Develops sales activities and incentives.
- Keeps related administration up-to-date, including contracts and communication with the dealer network.
- Conducts a monthly benchmark analysis based on the key elements.
- Carry out annual, quarterly, and monthly activation and launching plans developed with the
- Increase order intake in various fleet channels.
- Create strong visibility with corporate customers and leasing companies.
- Enhance efficiency between the local fleet teams and the BeNeLux market team.
- Create strong residual value through a consistent approach.
- Create clear reports and ensure proper safeguarding of commercial agreements.
- A relevant education at Higher Vocational (Bachelor) level, such as commercial/business economics
- VNA Leasing or one solid knowledge of leasing
- Minimum 4 years experience and proven results in a commercial role in the automotive sector preferably at a leasing company or OEM.
- Knowledge and experience with MS Office
- Good negotiation technique in automotive
- Good insight in figures and works in an organized way with a clear plan. Can prioritize well
- English: professional, spoken and written
- Able to work independently
