  • Assess new processes to drive innovation.
  • Apply advanced manufacturing principles with a focus on formulation and product development.
  • Optimize processes for specific factories or projects.
  • Provide crucial support for supply footprint projects across Europe.
  • Investigate new processes, with a keen eye on optimizing and simplifying existing procedures as part of your daily routine.
Qualifications We Seek:
  • Educational background in Chemistry (HBO starter or higher).
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
  • Autonomy to operate effectively after an introduction period.
  • Pragmatic, results-oriented attitude.
  • Proficiency in standard office software packages.
  • Hands-on mentality with a great team spirit.
  • Innovative thinking paired with a can-do attitude!
