- Develop and execute a sales strategy in the Benelux, focusing on territory planning, account planning and opportunity development
- Deliver sales results, achieving individual targets, as well as contributing to wider Infor commercial activities
- Engage customer C-suite executives to build strong relationships, and effectively influence on how Infor Solutions can assist in their digital transformation journeys
- Manage and provide accurate forecast and pipeline to the business
- Build effective working relationships with Solution Consulting, Professional Services, Marketing, as well as our partner community and Infor's executive team
- Extensive track record of consistently exceeding revenue and growth targets.
- Strong history in enterprise business application complex selling, especially in Food & Beverage.
- Ability to adapt and work effectively within a rapidly changing business / technology environment
- Strong sense of growth mindset and resilience, to plan and execute effectively as Infor breaks new frontiers
- Leverage extensive relationships and networks to develop revenue streams and drive territory development
- Must be organized and detail-oriented, as well as being an excellent communicator, collaborator, and networker/connector, bringing people together, driving actions to a successful conclusion.
- Excellent conflict management skills, with a proven ability to gain trust with all stakeholders, successfully influencing senior decision makers.
